Seedbeds Commons

Stay planted. Keep growing. Don’t do this alone.

A year-long rhythm of connection, formation, and support for pioneering leaders. Find local agency. Form local practices. Flourish locally, together.

This is not another course. It’s a community of practice.

Why it matters

Local flourishing is generational work.

Release the potential in local people and places, and communities begin to flourish. That work takes leaders who are spiritually grounded, relationally connected, and practically supported. The vision rarely fails for lack of passion. It fades in isolation.

Watch what happens when a cohort ends. Leaders drift apart, energy dips, and the connections that once carried them quietly weaken. Good people burn out doing good work alone.

Seedbeds Commons exists to change that: a place where alumni keep growing in calling and capacity, stay connected to trusted peers, and are seen, supported, and sustained.

What it looks like

One year. Three rhythms. A committed circle of peers.

Peer learning

Honest conversation and mutual support among leaders who understand the work from the inside.

Specialist input

Focused expertise brought to bear on the real challenges leaders are facing, at the moment it’s needed.

Formational spaces

Retreat, pilgrimage, and reflection that nurture resilience, imagination, and grounded leadership.

The rhythm

Ten gatherings, walked together across a year.

Begin by paying attention to your own inner life, then move outward: listening deeply to your context, navigating the realities of leading change, and learning to cultivate places where people can flourish. Each gathering builds on the last.
