| Our Charity is looking for a Manager who can help The Greenhouse at Barnes Close become the place to belong for growing leaders and communities into fullness of life. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of this retreat and education centre nestled at the foot of the Waseley Hills, Bromsgrove. With an onsite cottage provided, the role includes management of staff and volunteers, spiritual input to programmes, care of guests and monitoring of the property and financial matters. This is a great opportunity for Christians called to a lifestyle committed to serving leaders on the front line of community engagement.
